Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high-quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.

  • We now offer an easy and convenient way to pay your invoices online. Please click the button below to be taken to our online payment portal.

If you do not have dental insurance coverage or have exceed your insurance benefits for you plan’s year, we require payment in full at the time of treatment.

If you do have have dental insurance coverage and sufficient benefits remaining, we require approximately 50% down payment for your estimated treatment costs. As a courtesy to you, our office will file an electronic claim on your behalf to your dental insurance company for your treatment, however, we are not considered “in-network” with any insurance carries. This does not mean your insurance carrier will not cover a portion of your procedure, it only means we have not entered into a contract with your respective insurance carrier. We will send you a statement with any balance on your account following your insurance company’s payment. With electronic claims, most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.

**** Any remaining balance with our office from your treatment after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and is required to paid promptly. ****

Many times, a simple telephone call to our billing department will clear any misunderstandings as insurance benefits, coverage, and payments can be very confusing.

**** Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage fees and percentages are a contract between you and your insurance company, not between Capitol Endodontics and your insurance carrier. ****
