Whitney – Billing Manager

Whitney was born in Charleston and raised in Maysel, WV. In 2014, Whitney moved to Kentucky for two years and attended MedQuest College in Louisville, KY to become an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. Whitney moved back to her hometown in West Virginia at the end of 2016 when she joined Capitol Endodontics as a Dental Assistant. Whitney has experience in every role at our office. She now heads our billing and insurance department where she helps patients understand their benefits and how to maximize coverage for their dental needs.

In her free time, Whitney enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, traveling, and being a “dog mom” to her five canines.

Jennifer – Scheduling Coordinator

Jennifer graduated from Riverside High School and Carver Career Center in 2016. She joined our office in 2020 and with hard work and dedication, she became our lead assistant. Jennifer thrives on organization and efficiency and has moved into our scheduling coordinator position where she ensures our team is seeing patients quickly and efficiently, answering treatment questions, and helping patients know what to expect at their appointments.

She is a “girl mom” as she has one toddler and another girl on the way! In her free time, she enjoys adventuring outdoors with her husband Joel.
