Stephen Fragale, DDS, MS

Dr. Stephen Fragale is a native of Bridgeport, West Virginia, and graduated with honors in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Business from West Virginia University. Dr. Fragale went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010 from the WVU School of Dentistry. In 2011, he completed a General Practice Residency at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH under the tutelage of Dr. Andrew Wojtkowski.
Before entering his specialty training, Dr. Fragale practiced general dentistry for five years in West Virginia and South Carolina while his wife, Dr. Amanda Boustany, completed dental school and her Endodontic specialty training. During his time as a general dentist, he quickly learned that saving teeth was his passion.
Dr. Fragale went on to earn his Speciality Certificate in Endodontics along with a Masters of Science Degree at the WVU School of Dentistry in December of 2017.
Dr. Fragale is one of the founding members of Capitol Endodontics, along with his wife, Dr. Boustany, and Dr. Kuyk.

Dr. Fragale enjoys teaching dental students the intricacies of root canals at WVU School of Dentistry and Mercy Medical Center’s GPR.
He and his wife are enjoying being back in their home state so they can share the exciting memories of their 9 month old son with their family and friends.
